Facebook data deletion

Disconnect Facebook

1. Sign in to your A-PATH account and open Account security.
2. Establish another sign-in method first. If you do not have an A-PATH password, use the password setup link sent to your verified account email, then sign in again.
3. Choose Disconnect Facebook, enter your current A-PATH password and confirm. This removes Facebook as an A-PATH sign-in method and signs you out of all A-PATH devices.

You can also remove A-PATH app access in your Facebook settings. Removing access there does not itself delete your A-PATH account or its data. If connection changes are temporarily unavailable, use an available sign-in method or contact us for assistance.

Request account or data deletion

Disconnecting Facebook does not automatically delete your A-PATH account, coaching records, photos, videos or organization records. To request account or data deletion, email info@a-path.com with the subject “A-PATH data deletion”, your A-PATH account email and a description of the account or data you want deleted.

Never send your password, verification code or sign-in link. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. We will review the request and explain its outcome, coordinating with the organization responsible for relevant coaching records when needed.

Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations, security, unresolved disputes or restricted recovery purposes. We do not promise immediate deletion of every copy or a single fixed retention period. See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.
