Request deletion
- Email info@a-path.com, preferably from your A-PATH account email address.
- Use the subject “A-PATH account deletion”. Include your account email and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. For a data-only request, describe the data instead.
- Send the email. We will verify your identity and authority, then process the request and explain the result and any necessary retention by email.
If no email app opens, use any email service to send the request to info@a-path.com. Never send passwords, verification codes or sign-in links. If you cannot access your account email, contact us and explain this; we will discuss an appropriate identity check.
Account and associated data
A verified account-deletion request covers the A-PATH account, sign-in associations, profile information and associated personal data, including applicable coaching and training records, assessments, schedules, photos, videos and reports. Where an academy is responsible for shared records, we coordinate the applicable deletion or anonymization and explain any records that must be retained. We do not delete another person's account or records merely because they are shared with you.
After deletion is completed, the deleted account can no longer sign in. Disconnecting Google, Apple or Facebook, signing out, or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete an A-PATH account.
Retention and processing
Information may need to be retained for applicable legal or accounting obligations, fraud prevention and security, unresolved disputes, or restricted backup recovery. Retained information is limited to those purposes. Retention periods depend on the record and the applicable requirement; we explain relevant exceptions and their duration or criteria when responding. We do not promise immediate deletion of every backup copy.
We confirm receipt and explain the next steps by email. If verification or coordination takes additional time, we explain what is needed. A request is not a confirmation that deletion has finished. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
Subscriptions
An email deletion request does not itself cancel a paid subscription. Check your subscription's cancellation instructions and tell us about any active A-PATH subscription so that account closure and billing can be coordinated.
